PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is a proven choice for injection molding: continuous service to about 480 °f (250 °c). On a representative housing at 10,000 pieces it estimates at about $12.80 per part plus $17,029 tooling, with a lead time of 6–9 weeks. Typical tolerance is ±0.005 in (±0.13 mm); ±0.002 in (±0.05 mm) on small critical features.

For a representative part (open housing 140 mm × 90 mm × 36 mm, 2.2 mm wall, 1° draft, 4 bosses, 2 ribs), SSG's estimator gives about $12.80 per part at 10,000 pieces, plus about $17,029 one-time tooling. All-in with tooling and setup that is $14.50 per part. It is budgetary; principals quote firm prices from your drawing.
It is when you need continuous service to about 480 °f (250 °c) and resists hydrocarbons, most acids and bases, and repeated steam sterilization. Watch for very expensive: resin runs about 30× the cost of abs. Of 12 materials run in injection molding, it ranks 12 on all-in cost for the same part.
Common options are spi mold polish (a-1 to d-3), laser marking. The builder adds each finish's lot charge, per-part cost and days to the estimate.
Typical capability is ±0.005 in (±0.13 mm); ±0.002 in (±0.05 mm) on small critical features. Tighter tolerances are possible on called-out features at added cost; specify them on the drawing rather than as a blanket note.
