Phosphor bronze C510 (spring temper) is a proven choice for stamping: good fatigue strength for cycled contacts and springs. On a representative bracket at 25,000 pieces it estimates at about $3.86 per part plus $32,890 tooling, with a lead time of 6–10 weeks. Typical tolerance is ±0.002–0.005 in (±0.05–0.13 mm) on pierced features; ±0.010 in (±0.25 mm) across bends.

For a representative part (l-bracket 50 mm × 70 mm legs, 60 mm wide, 2 mm thick, r2 mm bend, 4 × ø5.5 mm holes), SSG's estimator gives about $3.86 per part at 25,000 pieces, plus about $32,890 one-time tooling. All-in with tooling and setup that is $5.19 per part. It is budgetary; principals quote firm prices from your drawing.
It is when you need good fatigue strength for cycled contacts and springs and non-magnetic, for sensor and instrument springs. Watch for conductivity of about 15% iacs; use c110 or a high-conductivity alloy for current-carrying parts. Of 8 materials run in stamping, it ranks 8 on all-in cost for the same part.
Common options are vibratory deburr (tumbling), electroless nickel (en), heat treating. The builder adds each finish's lot charge, per-part cost and days to the estimate.
Typical capability is ±0.002–0.005 in (±0.05–0.13 mm) on pierced features; ±0.010 in (±0.25 mm) across bends. Tighter tolerances are possible on called-out features at added cost; specify them on the drawing rather than as a blanket note.
