Send a drawing or CAD file with the quantity, material and date you need. A rep at SSG reviews it, routes the RFQ to principals matched on process, certification and capacity, and replies by email with firm quotes. This form works in any browser, with or without JavaScript. For an instant budgetary estimate first, use the part builder.

A 3D model (STEP is best) and a 2D drawing with tolerances, the material and finish, the order quantity and annual volume, the date parts need to arrive, and any certification or inspection requirement such as PPAP or first article. Anything missing becomes a question before a principal can quote.
The builder prices a part on the spot from its geometry, with a DFM check, and is best while a design is still moving. This form is for a finished drawing that needs firm quotes. Both end with a rep routing the RFQ to matched principals.
Files go to SSG and, for quoting, only to the principals matched to the RFQ. Check the NDA box and drawings go to principals only after an NDA is signed. ITAR-controlled drawings need to be flagged before any file is shared.
Zip it first; STEP files often compress to a fraction of their size. If it is still too large, send the form without the file and email the drawing to bob@ssgmfg.com with the RFQ number in the subject.
