ISO 2768 is an international standard for general tolerances that apply to dimensions without an individual tolerance on the drawing. Part 1 covers linear and angular dimensions in classes f, m, c, and v. ISO 2768-m, the medium class, is the most common title block callout.
Class m allows ±0.2 mm on dimensions over 6 mm up to 30 mm. Part 2, which covered geometric tolerances in classes H, K, and L, was withdrawn in favor of ISO 22081 but still appears on many drawings.
